Tour Itinerary

  • Day 1: Departure and Arrival

    Gather at Entebbe airport for a flight to Tokyo.

  • DAY 2: Welcome to Tokyo

    • ✈ Narita Airport.
    • Meet & greet with a local guide at the airport, then transfer to Tokyo.
    • Check-in at the Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo / Shinagawa Prince Hotel.
    • 20:30/22:00: Welcome dinner in the hotel restaurant (Buffet or Course dinner style).
  • DAY 3: Tokyo Exploration

    • Breakfast at the hotel.
    • 11:00: Leave the hotel.
    • 12:00: Sightseeing and Inspection.
    • Lunch.
    • Factory tour (Leather).
    • Free Time.
    • 18:00: Return to the hotel.
    • 18:30-20:00: Dinner.
  • DAY 4: Aich Prefecture Adventure

  • DAY 9: Farewell and Departure

    • Free time until Hotel departure time.
    • Standard check-out time: 12:00.
    • Transfer to Narita Airport for departure.

    The Sengo Experience terms and conditions.

    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. We Require Payments as Follows:

    25% of trip cost at booking time

    25% of trip cost 60 days before travel

    25% of trip cost 30 days before travel

    25% of the trip cost 14 days before travel

    1. Please note that the rates are based on the total total number of persons travelling and thus if the number happens to change, then we requote accordingly.
    2. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking forthwith and without liability on its part in the event of any damage to or destruction of the allocated rooms by fire or other cause, any shortage of labour or food supplies, strikes, lockouts or industrial unrest, or any other causes beyond the control of the Hotel which shall prevent it from performing its obligation in connection with any
    3. In the event of a customer wishing to cancel the trip at the Hotel, the customer is to be aware that the deposit will be forfeited as per the hotel’s cancellation policies.
    4. In the event of the customer wishing to cancel some or reduce number of delegates attending, written notification must be received and the following cancellation fees will be payable by the customer to Sengo Experiences Tours and Travel:
    5. Less than 24 days’ notice a 25% of total estimated costs.
      1. In case of cancellation due to Government directives, pandemics, a 25% of total estimated costs will be charged as an administration cost.
      2. Booking can be amended at no cost due to Government directives, pandemics, to a later
      3. Any additional costs that may be imposed or incurred and are not mentioned in the itinerary  due to cancellation will be borne by the customer/ client
      4. The duration of the refund being remitted back to the customer may differ from supplier to supplier and we cannot ascertain the time, full refund will be

     

    1. All accounts incurred against this agreement will be invoiced and all such invoices are due and payable on presentation. Queries in respect of specific invoices shall not affect immediate payment of any other outstanding Any amount payable by the customer to Sengo Experiences Tours and Travel in terms of this agreement and not paid on due shall reflect on non-commitment.
    2. Sengo Experiences Tours and Travel shall not be held responsible for any death, or bodily injury arising from any cause.
    3. The Hotel and Sengo Experiences Tours and Travel does not accept any liability for the loss or damage to any property or any item of equipment, furniture, stock or the like brought onto the premises by the customer or any of the customers guests/invitees/employees, howsoever such loss or         damage may
    4. The customer shall be responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms, or the furnishings, utensils and equipment therein, by any act, default, or neglect of the customer or guest/employee of the customer and shall pay to the Hotel on demand, the amount required to make good or remedy such damage.
    5. No Food or Beverage may be brought into the allocated rooms (Accommodation or) by customers for consumption on the premises, similarly any room services requested by the client must be paid by the client requesting for that service and is NOT included in the provided quotation by Sengo experiences tours and travel.
    6. The customer shall not be entitled to assign the booking to any third party, nor utilise the Sengo Experiences Tours and Travel name for any other purpose than that stated above, without the Sengo experiences prior written
    7. All photos, videos and any other recordings made during the trip are a property of Sengo experiences tours and travel and thus Sengo experiences tours and travel shall be at liberty to use them for promotional purposes on all its platforms in digital and print forms and the client hereby consents and agrees NOT to hold Sengo experiences tours and travel, liable in any court of legal law for the use of such materials.
    8. The embassy of the destination country is at liberty to issue or deny an entry visa to any applicant and as such Sengo experiences tours and travel, shall NOT be held liable for any failure to secure a travel visa for any intending traveler. Where the visa is denied, the applicant shall forfeit all the visa application fees and all the accompanying costs and a service fee for Sengo experiences tours and travel not exceeding 25% of the costs incurred up to this level shall be levied.
    9. All bookings made at Sengo experiences tours and travel will be subject to the above terms and

Indemnification Clause: To the extent permitted by law, each party hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the other and their respective managers, officers, members, partners, affiliates owners, shareholders, beneficiaries, and their respective employees, agents and contractors (collectively, “Representatives”) against all third party claim/losses, liabilities, damages, expenses and costs arising out of or connected with the negligence or intentional misconduct of such party or its Representatives except to the extent and percentage of the negligence of the other party

    or its Representatives. Neither party shall waive or be deemed to have waived by reason     of this paragraph, any defense which it may have with respect to such claims
